Data We Collect from Your Store
When you install one of our modules, we collect information about your store that allows us to identify in which store the module was installed, as well as basic contact data (store name, email, and phone number) so that we can contact you if necessary. We also collect the server’s IP address and the IP address of the computer from which the installation was performed, as well as the installation date.
Periodically, we also collect information about which versions of each AGTI module are in use in your store. We do not collect personal information about your customers or data about sales made in your store, and we do not create any user accounts that would allow us to access your store’s admin panel without your explicit permission.
Support and Warranty
We provide full support for modules purchased from our store during the support period contracted with the license purchase. Support is provided through our Customer Service Center. We do not commit to providing support via chat, phone calls, email, WhatsApp, or any other channel outside the official AGTI Customer Service Center.
The warranty we offer covers the proper functioning of the module as long as your license is within the support period purchased. However, we strongly recommend that you always back up your store before installing our modules. We do not take responsibility for issues caused in your store by our modules.
Although our licenses are valid for use in a single store, they may also be used on the dev subdomain of your store (e.g. dev.yourstore.com). This allows you to test our modules in a development environment.
After the support period ends, you may renew support and warranty for your licenses directly via our website. After renewal, you must update the module to the most recent available version for us to provide support. We do not offer support for outdated versions of our modules.
Terms of Use
By using our modules, you affirm that you will not attempt reverse engineering of AGTI modules to decrypt their source code. You also affirm that you will not distribute any AGTI module without express permission, under penalty of having your licenses canceled and being held legally liable for unauthorized sharing of our software.
Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from the purchase of any AGTI module within seven (7) calendar days after payment. After this period, we do not grant refunds or cancellations, except in cases required by law.
